LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF LEICESTER

NOTICE OF PUBLIC INFORMATIONAL MEETING WEST TOWN WATER DISTRICT (PINE TAVERNS)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a public informational meeting shall be held by the Town Board of the Town of Leicester at the Leicester Town Hall, located at 132 Main Street, Leicester, NY, at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, for the purpose of providing the public with information about and concerning the proposed Town of Leicester West Town Water District. Said Town of Leicester West Town Water District is as depicted in a Map, Plan and Report prepared by CPL and dated January 2026. Such Map, Plan and Report is available for review at the Leicester Town Clerk's Office during regular business hours, is posted on the Town's website and will be available for review at said meeting.

Petitions for those owners of property located within the proposed water district and who wish to endorse the formation thereof will be available for signature during the meeting.

All interested persons are invited to attend at the aforesaid time and place.
